Installation
Installation takes approximately one hour and support is available. Installations can be carried out in a covert manner so no equipment is on view in the vehicle.
Extra Features
The unit and software offer a full range of reports. The software will automatically download each day’s history so it is always to hand.
The software can produce a group report for all the vehicles in a specific department or area.
We can add a private mileage button to the unit, the software will then pick up when the vehicle is being driven on a private journey and can produce a report for the driver’s private mileage usage.
One of the most useful features of the software is the ability to type in a postcode and find the nearest vehicle.
Where as most other suppliers real time tracking is only an update of where the vehicle is at that time ours will actually track the vehicle on the screen, showing you a real time dotted 'snail trail' on your street level map as the vehicle moves around. Our software will automatically update the position of all vehicles every minute.
Each vehicle can have an easy to read on screen display of the following information: date, time, registration, speed and inputs. This can give the end user a good overview of each vehicle.
We are also able of offer full upgrades to the mapping software as they become available.
Communications Charges
Our communications charges are £11.99 plus VAT per month per vehicle. This entitles you to unlimited tracking of your vehicle. There is an initial 12 month contract.
